The Daily Utah Chronicle, 16 February 1993, page 5 - gig review

Martin Renzhofer in Salt Lake Tribune 9th Feb 1993 review - "Faith No More roared through songs from its recent album, "Angel Dust," including "RV," "Land of Sunshine," "Midlife Crisis" and "Malpractice." The band didn't ignore its older work, playing "Zombie Eaters" and "Edge of the World."

... despite Salt Lake City being the final stop in Faith No -More's current tour, the band was tight and didn't sell the audience short. Drummer Mike Bordin and bassist Billy Gould laid down rapid and booming rhythm layers, while guitarist Jim Martin provided nonstop quality riffs."
- partial setlist from this review

The Salt Lake Tribune review claimed Malpractice was played. Assume it was a misidentification of Caffeine.
